- It is a shame that there is a delay in accessing therapists with advanced skills in CBT
- Suggest that the waiting room environment is reviewed following the meeting with the therapist, the individual may leave rather upset/tearful, and have to leave through the waiting area
- Suggest an alternative exit for those who wish to leave without walking through the waiting room
