About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I have been trying to call the fracture clinic since 11 this morning and even after waiting for more than 10 mins everytime, no one is picking the phone. utter waste of time. I just wanted to know the closingtime ad the operator can't tell me that. this is stupid how can someone working in the hospital not know about the closing time.
