"Excellent hospital and staff outstanding!"

Having chosen to have the operation at The Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford, right from the beginning (including my consultation), I was extremely impressed with how the arrangements were handled. They even managed to organise bespoke earplugs, within five minutes of me asking! This is just one of the ways I was made to feel ‘special’ and well cared for. I could not fault the standard of service the staff continued to give me, even throughout the night.. All the staff were very professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The medical team is the ‘front line’ of the hospital, but needs the support of the others that work there. Please may I ask you therefore to pass my deep gratitude to the young lady from the catering staff, who did such a good job of trying to temp me to eat. Her supply of cups of tea with biscuits (my passion!) really helped to revive me and was a major aid to my recovery in the first few hours. Thanks to all 'The Team' at Springfield Hospital for making the whole experience as free from stress as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend your hospital to family and friends.
