"Scotter Ward Discharge planning"

About: John Coupland Community Hospital

I am very disappointed that my mother was not consulted at all by Scotter ward staff about the discharge of my father back home considering the impact on her and concern about ongoing issues which are most likely to leave him bed bound for several more months to come. For some reason this e-form gives only 3 options relating to the department visited: 'department', 'don't know' and 'minor injuries unit' but won't accept the answer 'department'. Makes me wonder about the collection of statistics.
