"Blood test, Crawley Hospital, today."

About: Crawley Hospital / Clinical haematology

(as the patient),

I would like to say a huge thank you to the young man that took my blood today. I was dealt with so quickly and efficiently, I didn't even get his name. I was very nervous and his answer to my "I'm sorry, but I'm really bad at this. " Was met with "That's ok, I'm really good at it. "

Made me laugh and relax, and before I knew it ~ it was all done.

Please send on my thanks to a lovely chap. You have an excellent young man there.

I was seen at 1. 10pm, 13/03/14 in the Phlebotomy dept.

Dear Mugglejoy

Many thanks for your post concerning the phlebotomy service at Crawley Hospital. I shared your story with our Pathology Manager and he knows the person you are referring to and we will make sure that your kind words are shared with him.

I'm sure that he will be delighted to know that he is providing such a good service

Kind regards

Ian
