(as the patient),

On receiving my letter of appointment, as everything in the letter is so well explained. I was naturally anxious. The staff put me at ease. my appointment was dealt with swiftly, I was treated with respect and every level of my visit..And I truly believe this was because patient and professionals had no language barriers.
