About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I had a colcoscopy 6/7 weeks ago too, and was similarly told that a letter would be sent after 2 weeks. I have still not received this. In the meantime I have had related problems and am shortly having surgery. I spoke with my GP after 3 weeks and they were able to access the test results online, and they were certainly done by then.

Dear reviewer, We are really sorry to hear that you have experienced a delay in receiving your letter. I would like the opportunity to look into this further for you and provide more details about why this has happened. In order to do so, I will need some details about you so we can check your notes. May I ask that you email me at Donata.Marshall@uhl-tr.nhs.uk with your full name, DOB and patient/NHS number so I can investigate this for you as soon as possible. Kind regards Donata Marshall Service Manager for Gynaecology Leicester’s Hospitals
