What I liked
Hard to say - have rung 4 times to find out how my father is after a stroke - the call has been timed out each time as no-one has bothered to answer the phone!
What could be improved
More staff to enable the phone to be answered on the main switchboard - understandable that the ward staff may be busy, but unforgivable on the main switchboard.
Anything else?
Pleas answer the phones!
