About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Ive been trying to get hold of the pain management secretary's office since tuesday 4th march 2014 and i have had no luck reaching anyone, left messages and no one has got back to me. Its important i speak with someone as I'm trying to resolve a matter with a follow up appointment situation which has led to me being discharged from the clinic through no thought of my own, i've tried several ways of trying to get some help including going to the hosp in person and speaking to the receptionists in outpatients team 3&4 where i usually go to see my consultant and they said they was unable to contact anyone. I've also contacted PALS through the email address and i haven't had any response from them as of yet, so i am getting myself in a state. All i want to do is speak to the pain secretary so i can try and get reinstated as the call centre told me i missed my follow up on the 13th of feb this year but the guy i spoke to said no letter was sent to me or txt so how could i have known about it, if i wasn't made aware. I don't know who or where to turn too now.

Thank you for leaving your comment on NHS Choices. I’m very sorry that your attempts to speak to the Pain Management secretary’s office and PALS department have not been successful. I hope at this point you will have received a response from our PALS, however if this is not the case, please call the team on 01708 435454. Yours sincerely, Stephen Burgess Medical Director
