"There was a very good doctor who ..."

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

There was a very good doctor who tried to help me but was taken away to another patient

What could be improved

The doctors and nurses did not seem to like each other, there was very little team work

Anything else?

I think that both the doctors and nurses should be made aware that just because someone is laying on a back-board, they are still human and have rights to toilet facilities without being told that they are "Too heavy to be lifted as we are short-staffed". I was so humiliated.
