"Unhappy with antenatal care at west middlesex hospital"

I was rushed into hospital with a suspected miscarrage and i felt the service i had was bad.

First one of the nurses said to another nurse that if my boyfriend said one more thing out of place then she felt like knocking his block off. He was just inquiring about how long we were going to be waiting as i was in loads of pain and had only been seen by a nurse.

When the doctor finally came to see me she was very rude. She had to check if i was going into early labour. I started crying. Instead of trying to calm me down she said "are you going to chill out so that i can do this". When she had finished i told her that it hurt and she replied with "well if you cant handle that then you wont be able to handle child birth".

As i was leaving i had to go to the toilet. Both toilets I went into had a really bad smell, the bins were over full with toilet paper and the first toilet i went into had blood all over the toilet seat. I am very upset with the service i received from West Middlesex Hospital.
