Even at the initial phone call with the DVT CNS, I was put at ease. On arrival at the clinic she put me and my father in law at ease with her friendly and caring manner. I felt confident that she was an expert in her field. Thanks to all staff involved at the DAU, I am confident that we received excellent treatment today, thank you
