About: Barnet Hospital

Was due to have surgery for huge fibroid removal later this week and have just been told that it has to be cancelled due to lack of beds. They are only dealing with life critical cases at the moment . This has nothing to do with the consultant as he was ready to do the operation. This was the hospital's decision. This is not good enough.. They have had plenty of notice for this operation. At this time, they cannot even give an alternative date.
