"Royal Preston Hospital"

Please don't be ill and have to go to this hospital it's not good at all. It's not clean, very short of nursing staff, the staff that are there don't care about patient care, they are rude and look at visitor like we are something off the bottom of your shoe, they don't even look at you so they don't have to talk to you. I only hope one day their parents or child may be in the same hospital and experience the poor uncaring staff that work there, heaven help anyone that's ill and has to stay in the place. NHS care is a joke, out of all the nurses I came across only one female nurse was caring, helpful, kind & understanding and had the time to explain operations .etc. One nurse out of 100s. Oh what a disgrace, I came away in tears and having to leave a family member in the place for another night words fail me now
