I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received, the determination of all staff to ensure I understood the procedure, the feedback after the procedure and most of all the compassionate and caring nature of all staff who ensured that a fairly unpleasant experience went as smoothly as possible; they took the time to reassure and encourage. Well done!
