"Out patients"

I was recently in the out patients department,and was told there would be an hour waiting time ,,,, which for me was no problem,just sit and wait your turn,,,but I was amazed at the people who kept asking how much longer will I be kept waiting,,,,,,I bet they were pleased to see the consultant when they were first injured,,,and didn't even think about the people in out patients department waiting to see the same consultant, ,,,,keep up the good work at Stafford hospital,,well done and thankyou to all ,the nurses,Dr's,and consultants,I and many many others appreciate all your hard work and care ,in sometimes difficult situations, Thankyou and well done,
