"Opthalmology Department/Appointment/Calls"

Letters being sent out to wrong address and I was advised there was a gliche in their system, several missed appointments. I need to call to find out when the appointments are as they are not able to fix the gliche in their system. but you can never get through. Today it advised the voice mail box was full and then later it asked for an ID Number. Why can't you just speak to receptionists nowadays and why can't they sort their computer system out? Soooo frustrating!!
