I come to ae department yesterday. the service is poor. because I don't come as fun, I come as sick but the treatment I received is very bad. I don't understand why hospital a their and to pass a ball to go to my gp to write a letter fo scan. there was no point to come to the hospital to west my time. why don't you or you're dr to go to check for scan than to kick me to my gp? I know I can go to my gp but I come because of pain how I fill. So that the way hospital treatment the do so anything will happen you will be responsible for that

Sorry to read about your experience of our A&E department. All patients are triaged for urgency and after consultation our A&E staff decide on the best treatment path including, on occasion, advising patients to go back to their GP to discuss their problem. I don't know the details of your case but it seems likely this is what happened. I am the A&E manager and would welcome any further details you can provide.
