I wish to thank all staff who looked after my mum and the family last week. Mum was very ill,and knowing that the last week of her life was spent under such good care is a god send to us. There were one or two staff who went over and above the call of duty, to which I'm eternally grateful.

Firstly please accept our condolences on the loss of your Mum. We are however, pleased that your family's recent experience of care at Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was a good one, despite the sad circumstances. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
