"TURPS Treatment at Airedale"

I have just spent four days in Airedale Hospital in order to have a TURPS operation. From initial emergency treatment I received in December through consultation, diagnosis, pre op assessment, admission, operation and recovery I received first class treatment from all staff. I never thought that treatment on NHS would be of such a high standard. You were always kept informed of your current status, treated as an individual who mattered, and looked after by staff in the administration, clinical, theatre and ward areas, particularly Ward 20 and Ward 14, in such a manner that you were filled with confidence on the outcome of your treatment. During my stay the food was of a very good standard, cleanliness was also of a high standard. I have had treatment in serve real hospitals throughout the world, both in the private and public sector, all of a good standard with no complaints from me, but the Airedale experience for me was exceptional in this day and age. To all concerned a very big "THANK YOU" from a more than grateful and satisfied patient.
