"No appointment letters, stressful visit"

Twice now I have been sent no appointment letters. I've had blood test results lost in the system for 2 weeks. At my actual visit I was totally embarrassed with the nurse coming out to the waiting area and giving me a sample pot to fill quite openly and loudly infront of the whole waiting room. I have also seen 3 different dermatologists now, have had no consistency, and had one tell me to go on a certain treatment and then for the next one to tell me this treatment won't work for my problem which id totally got my hopes up about and hadnt been told this by the previous doctor. I also had another doctor who prescribed me creams without even looking at my skin properly.
