I entered feeling very apprehensive. All of the staff were extremely friendly, caring and reassuring. I was informed exactly what was going to happen and regularly asked if I was ok before, during and after the procedure. I was very impressed.

Thank you, Kim, for taking the time to let us know about your experience of our Day Case Unit at Corbett Outpatient Centre. Having staff who are kind, caring and attentive to our patients’ needs is very important to us, so it is good to hear you were so impressed by the standard of care you received. I will pass your praise on to the orthopaedic day case team who I’m sure will be pleased to receive your comments.
