About: West Middlesex University Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

It would have been incredibly helpful if the Doctors we saw in A&E had actually listened to the symptoms we described. Our son is 15mths old and obviously cannot speak for himself so we explained what was wrong with him and we were ignored as he 'appeared fine and well'. My GP saw us the very next day and detected an infection which was treated but it later developed into pneumonia which was treated at a different hospital.

Anything else?

I shall be removing my child from the care of West Middlesex outpatients department.
