"Decision?"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

The consultant my child sees was talking about putting the child forward for a lung transplant assessment. His condition, although falling under the COPD term does not warrant transplant. It felt like a veiled threat. I follow all instructions re medication and care.

I am sorry that you feel that the comments made within our Children’s Services seemed like a threat or you feel is not appropriate for your child’s care. If you would like to contact me via our PALS team on email pals@elht.nhs.uk or telephone 0800 587 2586 I can investigate your concerns with the clinical team concerned.
