"Care of my father"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My father came to A&E with chest pain, he was seen very quickly by the nursing staff. Tests were done on arrival and he was seen by the Consultant.

Whilst he was waiting for results he was well looked after with cups of coffee and sandwiches. He was then admitted to the ECU.

His nursing and medical care was excellent. He even enjoyed the omelette he had for lunch in ECU.

Dear motherwell,

Thank you for sharing your positive expereince at Wishaw with me.

I am so pleased that your father was well looked after, I know that Tracey Dodd the senior charge nurse in this area is very committed to first class care for her patietns. It is always reassuring to get this feedback and I will be sure to let Tracey and our medical colleagues know.

In the meantime, I hope that your father is on the mend and enjoying better health.

Kind regards

Rosemary
