"Prescription line engaged or all operators busy"

I tried constantly from 9am -11.55 to get through to order a repeat prescription but the line was either engaged or, more annoyingly, I got through (and paid for a call) to be told that all the operators were busy and to call back. My medication changes with my condition so I am not suitable for Electronic Repeat Prescriptions. I think the limited time frame is too small especially for those of us who are at work and trying to call during the working day. Not a good working system for me.
