I have been living in Telford for over two years now and am registered at a local practice. I find them a helpful and excellent service except for one area and that is difficulty and speed that hospital reports and letters failing to show up on my computer records. Although I have sent emails regarding this, it does not get significantly better but I think maybe it will improve given time. As all records there are kept online with no paper it is an area that needs improvement.
