About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had a fall in Wellington town and went to A&E as I knew I had at least broken a finger. This was in early March at 11. 00hrs.

I was triaged, seen x-rayed on both hands, tetanus injection, temporary finger splint and given a referral to the Fracture clinic for the next day.

All this within 1. 1/2hrs. Brilliant!
