"I cannot speak highly enough of the Royal Marsden..."

I have been attending the out patients department for almost two years, following major surgery for bladder cancer. From my very first appointment with my consultant, I had one hundred percent confidence in him and his team. Together with my husband, we cannot praise and thank them enough for their expertise, getting me through major surgery and subsequent reviews of my health. My husband is always invited into the consultation room, where we are encouraged to speak openly regarding any concerns we may have. I was back to full fitness within a few months post surgery, now leading a full and happy lifestyle. From my experience of spending some time at this wonderful hospital, everyone including voluntary workers, deserve recognition and thanks for their dedication and hard work, with patients being their priority.
