"A&E"

About: St Helier Hospital

The staff in A&E reception were polite and helpful. The only negative is that whoever chased them to see the doctor miraculously was seen next which I understand when some patients are obnoxious but unfair when patients are waiting patiently for 3 hours

Thank you for taking the time to comment on our services, and we're pleased to read that our reception staff were helpful. We are sorry if it seemed that some people were queue jumping, but all of our patients are seen on the basis of clinical need. Please call our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 020 8296 2508 if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you.
