"they have to do there operations better"

I got a operation done for hernia and a few days later it started swelling and now its still like that and it hurts i even here loud noises in it, i went back to the doctor who did the operation and he said he couldn't do anything about it, and that it was only fat. But it is not fat because i have been having soup since that day and i only starve because of the doctor because he said it was fat.
