"My experience of the Peter Hodgkinson Day Centre"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Inpatient mental health care

(as the patient),

My recovery - what was good... the day centre, being with others, relaxation classes, coping with depression class, the gym, walks to the Cathedral, Pete's Place - having a cuppa with others, eating a hand made ham wrap.

What was bad... not being able to see the doctor enough.

What could be improved... reinstate the yoga class, relaxation classes, coping with depression class, self esteem class and walks to the Cathedral Cafe.

Thank you for your feedback about your experience at the Peter Hodgkinson Centre. As a Trust we are always happy to hear what was good about peoples care from our sevices.

We are not able to comment about individual cases but are happy to discuss any concerns/issues patients have, this can be done through our PALS and Complaints department. PALS@lpft.nhs.uk, 01529 222265

Thank you for inluding within your posting, improvements that could be made. As you are probably aware the Trust is in the process of developing the Recovery College at the Peter Hodgkinson Centre and it is hoped that once the Recovery College is firmly established within the Trust we will be able to provide a broad enough health, wellbeing and educational timetable to meet everybodys needs.
