"I cannot be in better hands "

I attended the Urology/gynaecology outpatients at Crosshouse Hosp Ayrshire in early March 2014.

I had to undergo a procedure which was in my part embarrassing but the staff nurse who dealt with me was excellent. She put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do. Even though I am a retired nurse it was nice to have someone who cared.

I then had to speak to my consultant Mr Agur. He spoke to both myself and my partner and explained everything that he proposed to do in simple terms that we both understood. He gave us all the information we required and answered our concerns.

I cannot be in better hands and now feel at ease with the surgery I have to undergo.
