About: East Surrey Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I had my tonsils taken out and all the staff were amazing. It was done in early March and they couldn't have been any nicer. I was treated on Outwood and I had the day surgery so thank you for all the staff that reassured me that it was ok and it went fine.

Also the entertainments officer provided me with a playstation and a tv and dvd + playstation games. It was amazing

Many thanks for your great review and comments about Outwood ward and the specifically the nursery nurse. It was also particularly good to read that we were able to provide all the kind of distractions that you would find at home - e.g. Playstation, DVDs and TV.
