I fractured my heel after falling off a ladder. A Rapid Response team arrived within 10 mins and an ambulance followed shortly thereafter. The treatment which I received from these guys was brilliant.
I was then taken in to A&E at the Leeds General Infirmary. I received spectacular treatment here - they could not have been more caring to me or my wife.
I was then placed on ward 31 for 5 days. The nurses and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and caring, despite being rushed off their feet. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
All in all, I was delighted with the treatment I received.
