I've been an outpatient at RFH for over 12 years and need blood tests to monitor my condition. I had a test yesterday and just wanted to say what fantastic service your staff give. I had a blood test yesterday and the phlebotomist that I saw was incredibly friendly and professional. He took blood quickly and painlessly, and unusually I haven't bruised at all. The new clinic is always immaculate and waiting times are generally very short - I arrived at about 8.35am and was out the door by 8.45 - brilliant! Please pass on my thanks to the team.
