"brilliant people"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

I tip my hat to the staff a Queens. My experience was nothing but positive. Although I waited for around 40 mins for the triage nurse, my injury was down to stupidity unlike a few that were quite seriously ill. The Triage was polite and extremely friendly. The porter that took me for my X-ray was also very friendly and chatty. Everyone overall was very pleasant, I wouldn't fault the staff at all. It amazes me how even after a stressful shift they can still manage to smile where I say Id be like a rabid dog.
