In this world of superfast technology and all the fancy state of the art new equipment that this hospital has (them robot things, etc, etc) I find it hard to accept that the taxi phone is not working.
Also, when I asked the woman at the desk why it was not working, she did not know, thus if I was needing to phone a taxi I could not.
