"Why is the cleanser not being used at Doncaster Royal Infirmary?"

Whilst visiting outpatients at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary on several occasions, I noticed that although cleanser was provided at the entrance to the departments, very few people actually used it (including hospital staff). Even when patients were called in by nursing staff, no effort was made by staff members to encourage its use. I was the only person to use it in a 15 minute period! The practice of providing cleanser at the entrance to the dining room is also used on the Nile cruise I have recently been on. The difference was that everyone used it and were not allowed in until they had!
