What I liked I sent a letter on 5th October 08 about a very sensitive matter I had witnessed while attending the hospital. As yet I have had no response or even acknowledgement of my letter having been received. Please would you look into this. I do have my original letter on file. Thank you. What could be improved? I hoped that someone cared enough about what I said in my letter to answer if; if only to say it was being looked in to.
