"Err...nothing at all...there IS ..."

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

(as a relative),

What I liked

Err...nothing at all...there IS going to be a shake up to be honest...Patients NOT recieving their Complete Dinner orders from the day before,why?..because the nurses take and eat the patients food and tell the patient that there was none left of what they havd ordered the day before..and that is the end of that !!..but I have it on mobile phone footage the nurses eating soups, side salads and yogurts etc ALL that had been for the patients...what a disgusting carry on..shame on them, they will bring shame to the hospital when its brought to light.Buy your own food and give the patients their order,it's steeling.

What could be improved

Everything.....Doctors with an Authority complex, talking down and being abrupt to staff and patients (you know who you are,and you're mostly young ) nurses who are just their for a "Job" ,if you didn't want to care for sick people you should have chose another career, show some compassion.

Anything else?

Lack of comunication, especially between young Doctors and station staff,a particular Dr not knowing how to discharge a patient, plus discharging a patient who clearly should NOT have been discharged in the 1st place. this is all very serious, and could be extremely dangerous.proper managment is needed,I've seen very little of that. very sad,and very frightening indeed.

A thorough check should be made on nurses eating habits, and it should be made absolutely clear that NO FOOD prepared for the patients should CONSUMED by anybody other than the PATIENTS.
