What I liked
I have been into QA hospital for operations seven times over the last 18 months, it depends on what ward you are on to how you are treated by the staff. The hospital over all is not very clean. I have been given very badly mildewed bread for breakfast (of which I have photos off) when I complained I was told it was down to the heat. I have had a below the knee amputation operation cancelled twice at the last minute and told to wait for a phone call. My over all views of this hospital is that it is very badly managed and all it is interested in is finances!!!!!!!!!!!
What could be improved
New Catering staff !
New Cleaneers !
New management !
