"NOTHING"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

NOTHING

What could be improved

In a nutshell, everything. There is no such thing as confidentiality in this pace. Your details have to be discussed at the counter in front of all the waiting patients, tough luck if you dont want your address, date of birth and name disclosed, not to mention the risk to identity thieft. The staff are very forward and take it upon themselves to use your first name, they may think its friendly but its rude. You wait for ages and then are passed from pillar to post and are usually met by someone that you cant understand, so you havent a clue what the conversation was all about or whats wrong with you. Its not a place I ever wish to return to and I really dont think its a loss at all if this place closes down so long as the staff close down with it.
