Suffering from depression and anxiety due to personal problems and redundancy, I was given an appointment with Inclusion Matters after my doctor’s decision to refer me to them.
I was in real need of help and was concerned that help would not be given due to a long waiting list, but I was given an appointment within 2 weeks.
I found my appointment really helpful and important to getting myself back on track and helping me with the problems that were haunting me so badly.
The service that was provided really helped me, was easy to understand and made me feel at ease being able to realise what I can achieve.
The service was a professional one on one appointment with plenty of help, and really listened to me and was very understanding to my circumstances and provided me with plenty of help to get me back to the happy person I used to be. It also helped me to be able to continue coping with everyday life.
