"Day Surgery"

I visited the Day Surgery Unit at West Middlesex Hospital and the care and service I received was outstanding. This is the 4th time I have been to the Day Surgery department in the last 4 years and the staff never fail to please. Their care and support from the nurses, Health Care Assistants right down to the staff in the operating theatre was absolutely fantastic very friendly, helpful and caring. These people really deserve a medal for the work they do. I was treated with lots of care, information and understanding and made to feel comfortable and calm. I would like to thank everyone for everything they did and all their hard work and commitment in what can sometimes be a very difficult time yet the moral remains high and the care exceptional.
