"Excellent care on G4"

My mother stayed on ward G4 for a few days following a fall. She has advanced Alzheimer's Disease and is very confused, with limited language and cognitive skills now. The ward provided one to one care, with a member of the nursing staff always at hand. The care was excellent. The staff took a lot of time and trouble to find ways to look after mum and they contacted me to ask if there were any tips regarding her care. They were always thoughtful and respectful, telephoning us with information and keeping us informed of everything that was happening. I was impressed - and very grateful.
