"A reassuring experience!"

I travelled by car from Chapel St Leonards to Beverley Hospital today. The hospital was easy to find and had ample car parking spaces. I had a very welcome coffee at the cafeteria and found everyone to be friendly and helpful. A very efficient registering system was operating and I did not have to wait long. The consultant and nurse were pleasant, professional and reassuring. My experience was surprisingly stress free and ultimately successful!! I wish all my experiences with the NHS were the same. Well done Beverley. Keep up the good work.
