I've come out of day surgery today after being kept in through last night (Tues 4th march) and I needed to let you know that the night nurses on the day surgery ward last night were absolutely amazing, nothing was to much trouble for them, they were friendly, professional, and always there when needed. I think they embodied what the NHS tries to be, truly patient focussed, caring, supportive, friendly, helpful. If darent valley has staff awards, please put these staff members forward for one

Dear Jamie Thank you for these fabulous comments which has been passed onto the Day Care Unit. All feedback is very much appreciate but with words such as patient focussed, professional, caring, supportive, friendly and helpful - what more could we ask for!
