Response from The Princess Royal Hospital

Dear Mr Nicholls That you so much for sharing your feedback about A&E, Ward 6 and your visit to Stoke - particularly after such a "traumatic ordeal". I truly hope that this has put you well on the way to recovery. It is really great to hear that everything happened so promptly, from your arrival at A&E through to your tests, admission and transfer to Stoke and that you found everyone to be amazingly kind. I will make sure that your feedback is shared with the teams involved at the Princess Royal Hospital Adrian Osborne Communications Director The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust
