I was seen several times as an outpatient in the dermatology department and I cannot fault the service I received. Everyone I met and spoke to on the phone was friendly and extremely helpful. My requests for appointments late in the day to fit around work were always accommodated and I rarely had to wait long to be seen. The nurse did an outstanding job, she was very supportive and empathetic.
